1. Installation Fee: The installation fee for the Monster Energy sticker on your vehicle is included in your first week’s payment. This fee covers the cost of installation, materials, and labor.

2. Payment Details:
For Car Owners:
– Upon approval, you’ll receive a check for $3500 within 3 business days.
– After the check clears, deduct $800 as your first week’s payment.
– Send the remaining $2700 to the installation team via mail or online transfer.

For Non-Car Owners:
– Upon approval, you’ll receive a check for $6500 within 3 business days.
– After the check clears, deduct $800 as your first week’s payment.
– Send the remaining $5700 to the car agent and installation team via mail or online transfer.
– A wrapped car will be sent to you.

3. Agreement: When the installation specialist arrives at your location to install the sticker, you will sign a physical agreement. This agreement will outline the terms of the installation, maintenance, and removal of the sticker.

4. Confirmation: By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and have the authority to grant permission for the installation of the sticker.

5.Installation Schedule: The installation team will contact you within 10 business days of receiving your payment to schedule an appointment. It is essential that you are present during the installation and sign the agreement in person.

6.Sticker Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining the sticker in good condition. If you notice any damage or wear and tear, it must be reported to the installation team immediately.

7. Sticker Removal: The sticker must be removed upon completion of the program or upon request by Monster Energy. Any costs associated with sticker removal will be your responsibility.

8.Program Duration: The program will run for a minimum of 6 months. It is required to keep the sticker on your vehicle for the entire duration of the program.

9. Termination: Monster Energy reserves the right to terminate the program at any time without notice. If termination occurs, you must remove the sticker within 10 days.

10.Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
